Inject some grown up flavor into your mornings with this Brussels Sprouts, Chorizo and Beer Hash from Food 52. Appropriately, the recipe contributor’s user name is “Brussels Sprouts for Breakfast.” While the brussels sprouts might scare most people off…don’t let it. It is surprisingly good and after being par-boiled and then browned in the skillet, the cabbage flavor is quite mellow. This can also be made successfully with soy chorizo (as I did this morning) meaning vegetarians can enjoy this as well!
